What's Included
Visit One — Cooling Season
Not a superficial inspection — our cooling-season visit is documented, hands-on work on the components that keep your system running efficiently.
Visit Two — Heating Season
Gas furnaces, heat pumps, and electric heat systems don't share the same components — so we don't treat them the same way. Your heating-season visit inspects and tests the components, controls, safeties, airflow, and operating sequence that apply to your specific equipment type.
Gas Furnace
Gas-specific components, burners, ignition, heat exchanger access, and venting-related safeties are inspected as applicable to the unit.
Heat Pump
Heating-mode operation, reversing valve function, and defrost controls are inspected as applicable to the unit — separate from the refrigerant and electrical checks already performed during cooling-season maintenance.
Electric Heat
Electric heating elements, related controls, and safeties are inspected as applicable to the unit.
Comfort Club Complete
One scheduled annual visit covers your enrolled appliances — up to 5 included, in any combination. Exact steps depend on your appliance's manufacturer, model, design, and accessibility; this is preventive maintenance, not invasive disassembly.
Additional Coverage
Each additional enrolled HVAC system receives the same two annual maintenance visits.
Comfort Club Complete only. Additional appliances are added in increments of 2 and increase the number of appliances covered by your annual appliance-maintenance visit.

No. Comfort Club Complete is a preventive-maintenance membership, not an appliance warranty, home warranty, extended warranty, or repair insurance. Repairs found during a maintenance visit are quoted separately and require your approval before any work begins.
Members get 15% off eligible HVAC repairs (and, on Comfort Club Complete, eligible appliance repairs). It doesn't stack with other promotions or discounts, and it doesn't apply to a complete HVAC system replacement or new installation — those receive preferred member pricing instead.
